What is the Ascendant, Descendant, Imum Coeli, and Midheaven

First: How to calculate Midheaven and Imum Coeli Ascendant [1st House Lord] To understand the Ascendant, lets start with an example, of Sun. The Sun is at a point on the day of your birth, this is called your "sun sign". Thinking of your birthday each year, you understand that the Sun returns back to your "birth sign" each year. This is what you are celebrating, the heightened "strength of the sun" within your body. The Sun takes 12 months to go around all the signs and return back to where it is "native" for you. The sun creates your Birth Sign, and also creates your Ascendant. The Sun creates your sign based on "day" of the year. The Sun creates your Ascendant based on "hour" of the day of your birth. Every 2.5 hours, the Sun's "light" hits a different constellation...

Who you are being: Natal Horoscopes (Jataka), which are the charts you receive at birth. This include your first one (that is most likely the only one you have ever seen if you are Western... but there about 30 more :P). Your divisional charts (these are the +30 more for every section of life. Kapiel (the video master) describes it as the opening of each house and looking inside to delve into it deeper. Like a surgeon looking at the outside of your body, and then looking into it to further perceive your specific kind of greatness ;-)). And your dasha and mahadasha cycles (your life cycles). What will happen then: Horary (Prashna), an individual chart, in which you ask a specific question and get a bunch of charts to provide the most accurate answer. Like whether to do something is a goo...

Specific Maths System Used (Ayanamsa)

There are different variations within Tropical and Sidereal Astrology to determine what specific variation of calculations are used. To break it down, Tropical and Sidereal are two different maths systems. Totally different. And then within them, you have mini slight variations based on its calculation. An Ayanamsa is the calculation of these slight variations within its chosen system. This is to do with a mathematic variation on where it is believed the exact star points within the constellation are located. This is especially important if you have something within 29-1 degree in which the slight variation can change your sign! :D So I feel Krishnamurti is most accurate from my testings. I note this through some systems moving my Mercury which is at 1 degree and my Ketu moving in and ou...
