Planets have traditional house aspects that they look at. So its kind of like when you live in a house, where you look at on your street when you leave every morning... your "line of sight" lets say, is where you also send your energy, ie, you judge and talk to your neighbours. So some planets look straight across the street, some look diagonal, some look down the street before they cross the road, etc, etc. Remember to count the House the Planet is In as House 1. Ie, if a planet is in the 5th house then the 7th house aspecting it is the 11th House. Now the planets are most impactual within a 5 degree window.
